Over six sessions, participants will explore migration-related grief, develop effective coping strategies, foster cultural integration, improve relationships, and find ways to manage homesickness. Through a blend of group discussions, interactive activities, and skill-building exercises, attendees will gain valuable tools for embracing their new journey with greater confidence and well-being.

Session 1: Understanding Migration Grief (Ulysses Syndrome)
– Introducing the concept of migration grief: Ulysses Syndrome
– Identifying stages and emotional responses associated with migration grief
– Sharing personal narratives: Experiences of loss and adaptation
– Psychoeducation on the impact of cultural transitions on mental health

Session 2: Managing Migration Anxiety
– Recognizing signs of anxiety and stress in the context of migration
